After Hours Ring Rental Subscriptions
Rules:
You may share with 1 other handler.
Find the code to get in the door and how to turn lights on/off in your booking confirmation email for each appointment. If you do not follow the instructions properly, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduled appointment due to no light/a locked door.
You must leave the ring with all of your personal items by the time your rental is over and clean up any personal messes (spilled food, water, excess dog hair, dirty crate, small training items left out on the floor, etc.).
Please leave the ring like you found it. Turn off lights after use for after hours rentals only. Do not do this if you are renting during peak hours (between 8am and 8pm).
If you damage equipment, please report this immediately via email. Please report all accidents (urine, vomit, feces, torn up toy that you can’t pick out of the turf, etc.) on the turf via email. There is a charge of $5 for all accidents.
You must book all times online using your subscription. If you do not use your subscription and instead pay for the rental, we cannot refund and apply to your package. If you attend any additional times that you did not book online or stay late, you will be charged for that extra time and any future ring rentals, private lessons, and group classes are subject to cancellation without refund.
Failure to follow the above rules will result in cancellation of all future ring rentals without refund.
